Our role is to bring coherence into increasingly complex mobility environments—by connecting capabilities, scaling proven solutions through our operating companies, and enabling long-term outcomes in regulated, infrastructure-bound contexts.

We view mobility as one system across three domains that must work as one:

Physical (infrastructure, field equipment, sensing and operational systems), Institutional (policy, regulation, compliance, enforcement, accountability), and Logistics (traffic and freight/supply-chain operations, capacity, coordination, service performance). ITIS aligns its portfolio and value creation logic to this structure.

To translate this into action, we focus on three mobility pillars:

Safe Mobility (enforcement & safety-critical systems from detection and evidence capture to auditable end-to-end processes), Smart Mobility (ITS—digital technologies, data and real-time communication, RUC schemes plus system integration and service/operational delivery where required), and Logistics Mobility (reliable, efficient movement of goods across modes, including logistics coordination, intermodal connectivity and relevant frameworks).

As the parent company and connector, ITIS inspires direction, enables scale (shared foundations and selective shared services), and orchestrates connection across companies and domains. Where customers require end-to-end responsibility, we support operating models delivered through the operating companies, including managed services / as-a-service approaches.

ITIS generated €386.2m revenue in 2024, employs around 2,000 people, and operates in approximately 80 countries. ITIS is long-term backed by the PPF Group (assets of multi-billion Euro).
