The signing took place in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Under this MoU, both parties have committed to implementing a “Satellite-Based Electronic Tolling and Enforcement System” in Tajikistan. Both parties have committed to collaboratively working on the framework definition, legislative impacts, and operational aspects of the project, titled “Satellite-based Electronic Tolling and Enforcement System Including Operational Services in the Territory of Tajikistan”.

The Ministry of Transport of Tajikistan will be responsible for providing the necessary land, approvals, and governmental support, including legislative adjustments. Both parties have agreed to cover their respective costs associated with the implementation of the MoU.
